Mala Vaish

Mrs. Vaish is a Real Estate Broker with a background in counseling and social work. She has a strong belief that every child should have the right to quality education and self sufficiency. She is highly engaged in the community as a mentor to young girls and community enhancement projects.

ANANT WADHOKAR

Anant Wadhokar has been involved in social causes since over 15 years. Anant developed a scholarship program for meritorious students from economically backward backgrounds. The crowdfunding of funds led to permanent social organization that continues to build students facility, Some of the facilities in progress are building center of excellence in some remote areas for students. These facilities are poised to help students to do innovative work with dedicated labs provided by some of the top technology companies and thus improving employability. 

Some of the current work includes identifying deserving students from schools that are run out of passion to build future for poor kids. These students would be connected to Illuminating minds, to make a difference in their lives. Currently US and India teams of Illuminating minds is working on this project.

ANAYA MALHOTRA

An energetic and motivated student, Anaya contributes positively to the community. As an up coming freshman at the Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology, she has a strong academic foundation, including honors and distinctions in middle school, with advanced coursework in chemistry and algebra. She has demonstrated leadership through student council, peer leadership, and involvement in STEM programs. With 180 volunteer hours at her school library and competitive swimming experience, She brings strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to the team.

Gaurang Mandhana

Gaurang Mandhana is a passionate brand strategist and digital marketing expert dedicated to leveraging marketing for social good. With a strong background in integrated marketing, digital outreach, and brand storytelling, he helps mission-driven organizations expand their reach, engage supporters, and amplify their impact.
He’s also a passionate educator working with several NGOs to ease access to quality education for underprivileged children.

Usha Joshi

Ms. Joshi has been dedicating her life to educating the youth. She has been a school teacher for over 20 years, with the sole goal of inspiring and cultivating the youth for success. She believes strongly in instilling hope in her students’ minds.

Megha Ramani Joshi

Ms. Joshi is a PLM consultant who enjoys creative problem solving in her work life. Ms. Joshi loves to help her community and get involved in making her society be a better place. She loves to volunteer at local parks and works towards living a very sustainable life.

Umang Thakkar

Mr. Thakkar has had over 15 years of experience in the areas of taxation, accounting, and payroll. He has founded two different companies and is an avid real estate investor with his own real estate fund. He has a passion for the cause of Illuminating Minds in inspiring the youth and cultivating self sufficiency.

RAVI K K

Passionate educator and child advocate with over 30 years of experience working with children of all ages. I have successfully developed and implemented engaging learning programs that promote social, emotional, and academic growth. My work has included leading after-school initiatives, facilitating community outreach projects, and collaborating with parents to create supportive environments. Some of the programs include training children for Math competitions, helping students to prepare for SAT/ACT/GMAT, teaching Middle School and High School Mathematics.  Dedicated to fostering a love of learning, I believe in empowering children to reach their full potential while instilling values of kindness and resilience. Always eager to inspire the next generation!
